Yoga is fun, relaxing, energizing, self witnessing and so much more. For some, it's just exercise, and that's O.K. Yoga is great exercise! Yoga is for EVERYONE! For others, they delve deeper into the practice with meditations, teacher's training, and dietary changes, which can lead to a heightened sense of well-being.
